REGISTERING ONLINE To shop online with us you need to register(it only takes less than 5 mins). This is a simple process which asks you to nominate a 'username' (your email address) and a password (any memorable word of your choice). You'll also need to enter your contact information, including your home or preferred delivery address. In this way you won't have to enter them every time you order.
Simply select an item, choose your preferred color and size then add to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping follow the simple checkout procedure. In case your ordered product is out of stock , you have an option to choose another product or if you do not wish to purchase any other product from our website we will refund your complete amount within 5 business days. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once you place an order through paypal. Once payment is confirmed, purchased product will be posted within 24hrs and will be delivered to you within 1-2 days. So in total it might take 2-3 days(Except weekends and holidays). Incase there is an unexpected delay, we will inform you in advance. For bank deposit/Gcash payment method - Upon completion of checkout, buyer will receive an order confirmation e-mail along with other instructions. Payment should be settled within 1 business day(for Gcash) & 2 business days(for bank deposit). We reserve the right to re-list the product again and sell it once payment is not made within 2 business days.

We do not provide refund or exchange service in our on-line shopping store. Please make sure you purchase right design, color, or size. If you need any assistance for our products, we are happy to assist you, please contact us. However, if there is faulty or damaged products you received, please contact us for further discussion and we may exchange the product to other that you wish to exchange (depends on product availability, otherwise, the credit equivalent to the product will be given to the customer). Please make sure you send the damaged or faulty product to us via mail (delivery will be shouldered by customer) and we should receive within five business days. The product should not be worn and should be with tag. However we may not accept refund if a customer fails to comply with above instructions. SIZE AND MEASUREMENT Shunning the idea that 'one size fits all', Heers Hart emphasis on providing free sizes especially when it gives you an ease of mind when buying online beacause same garment can fit different range of sizes due to fabric stretch. Please bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories on-line is a different shopping experience to buying in-store. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However as the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the color of product on delivery. How to measure Bust : armpit to armpit x 2 (gives complete size of your bust i.e front & back) To determine fit, please match the measurements of the garment with the measurements of your body or the best way is the measurements of your any other similar garment you already have. It will give you an idea how it will fit on you. Our majority of products are free size that fits small - medium size easily and in some cases even to large size . How do you measure yourself?
